Victor Franco & Partners Equine Practice is an equine veterinary practice and acts as Data Controller for the personal information we collect.
We collect contact details (name, address, phone, email), animal details and medical history, financial details for billing, and relevant correspondence and clinical records.
We use personal data to provide veterinary care, manage appointments and billing, meet legal and professional obligations, and — with consent — send service updates.
We will not share personal data without consent except where necessary to provide veterinary services (for example to referral centres, laboratories or insurers) or where legally required. Third parties handling data on our behalf must maintain confidentiality and data security.
